What does the reminder text say?

Your practice name, the date and time, and links to confirm or cancel. No visit reasons or care details. You can edit the wording in Settings.

Do we have to stop using our EHR?

No. Keep your EHR for charting and billing. RemindReview only reads the Google Calendar calendars you tick, so your front desk keeps booking the same way.

Which calendars can I connect?

Any Google Calendar your Google account can see, up to 10 for one location. Tick the ones you book appointments in. The rest stay private and are never saved.

Do my clients need an app or an account?

No. They get a normal text message with links to confirm or cancel.

How much does it cost?
