Setup in minutes

Sign in to the RemindReview staff dashboard.
Connect Google under Calendars (OAuth, calendar.readonly).
Add contacts or put phone numbers in event titles/descriptions.
Edit templates under Settings (HIPAA-minded defaults included).
Pilot with an allowlist of phones until SMS is fully approved.
Enable messaging when you are ready for production sends.

How phone numbers are found

Parsed from event title / description when present
Matched from Contacts when the event name matches a saved client (unique match only)
Staff can fix missing phones on the schedule board

Why not a full booking system?

Clients already book by phone, text, and walk-in. Forcing a booking portal creates double systems. Calendar stays source of truth; RemindReview is the SMS layer.
