How it works
Sign in with Google, then tick every calendar you book appointments in, up to 10 per location. A front desk calendar, one per provider, a room calendar: whatever you use.
Calendars you don’t tick stay private. RemindReview never saves their events.
Before each visit, RemindReview texts a short reminder from your business name with links to confirm or cancel. No app and no login for your clients.
Phone numbers come from the event or your saved contacts. Quiet hours and STOP replies are handled for you.
Drag an appointment to a new time in Google Calendar and the reminder follows within a few minutes. Delete it and the reminder is called off. When a client cancels from the text, your team sees it on the schedule.

RemindReview reads the calendars you choose. Personal and family calendars stay out of it.
New bookings, moves, and cancellations are picked up automatically. There’s also a Sync now button.
Reminders say who they’re from, and you can edit the wording in Settings. Clients can reply STOP anytime.
