Why it exists

It started with one clinic

RemindReview started with Steve, a longtime friend who runs a chiropractic clinic in Seattle. His practice already had a workflow that worked, and switching to another booking platform wasn’t something he wanted or needed.

The gaps were simpler. Asking for Google reviews was easy to forget on a busy day, and following up on appointments by hand took time better spent with clients. For people coming in regularly, steady reminders also help keep their schedule on track.

Google Calendar was the happy middle ground: familiar enough to fit how the clinic already worked, and flexible enough to automate everything around the appointment.
