Do texts mention treatments?

No. Texts include your business name, the date and time, and confirm and cancel links. Clinical terms are blocked.

Can we keep our current booking flow?

Yes. Keep booking in Google Calendar. RemindReview just sends the texts.

Which calendars can I connect?

Any Google Calendar your Google account can see, up to 10 for one location. Tick the ones you book appointments in. The rest stay private and are never saved.

Do my clients need an app or an account?

No. They get a normal text message with links to confirm or cancel.
