RemindReview is the software platform that appointment businesses use to deliver transactional SMS. Texts to clients name the clinic or business (for example “Northgate Chiropractic”), not a marketing brand for the recipient. RemindReview operates delivery, STOP/HELP handling, and these public policies.
Staff collect a clear yes at booking / intake (in person or by phone). This is the main clinic flow.

Businesses collect consent verbally during normal scheduling and intake:
Staff ask for a clear yes before SMS is enabled for that mobile number. If declined, no automated appointment SMS is sent. Importing a phone number from a calendar alone is not consent.

Only record consent after a clear yes.
Automated messages use the appointment business display name so clients recognize their clinic (e.g. Northgate Chiropractic). Delivery is operated by RemindReview on behalf of that business. Recipients can reply STOP to the same number to stop automated texts.
