Questions

Is any health information in the text?

No. Texts include your practice name, date, time, and confirm and cancel links. A BAA is available; see our Security page.

Can optical pickups get reminders too?

Yes. If pickups are on a Google Calendar you tick, they get the same reminders as exams.

Which calendars can I connect?

Any Google Calendar your Google account can see, up to 10 for one location. Tick the ones you book appointments in. The rest stay private and are never saved.

Do my clients need an app or an account?

No. They get a normal text message with links to confirm or cancel.

How much does it cost?
