RemindReview Terms of Service

These RemindReview Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the RemindReview service, including the RemindReview website, RemindReview staff dashboard, and RemindReview SMS features available at remindreview.com. By using RemindReview, you agree to these Terms.

Business identity

RemindReview is a product operated by John Jensen, a sole proprietor. The messaging brand used on SMS is RemindReview. For carrier and A2P registration purposes, the registered business / brand identity associated with this program is John Jensen (sole proprietorship) operating the RemindReview service.

These Terms belong to John Jensen / RemindReview and govern the RemindReview website and SMS program hosted at remindreview.com.

The RemindReview Service

RemindReview, operated by John Jensen, provides software that helps users manage appointment-related SMS reminders, confirm/cancel links, and optional review requests, typically connected to Google Calendar. Messages are sent under the RemindReview brand name on behalf of John Jensen / RemindReview.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate configuration information and keep access credentials secure.
You may only text people who have consented to receive SMS where required by law (including TCPA and carrier rules).
You must not use RemindReview for spam, unlawful content, phishing, or prohibited messaging categories under carrier guidelines.
You are responsible for the content of messages you configure and for having a lawful basis to contact each recipient.

RemindReview SMS

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out of RemindReview texts and HELP for help. How to opt in is described publicly at https://remindreview.com/opt-in. Delivery depends on carriers and third-party providers; RemindReview does not guarantee delivery of every message.

Third-party services

RemindReview may integrate with third parties (for example Google Calendar and SMS delivery via Telnyx). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies.

THE REMINDREVIEW SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. RemindReview is not a medical provider and does not provide clinical advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, John Jensen and RemindReview will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the RemindReview Service.

Termination

John Jensen / RemindReview may suspend or terminate access to RemindReview if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
