It describes how John Jensen / RemindReview collects, uses, and protects information when you use RemindReview or receive SMS from RemindReview.

Who we are

RemindReview is the product brand. The service is operated by John Jensen, a sole proprietor. RemindReview helps appointment-based businesses send automated SMS appointment reminders, confirm/cancel links, and optional post-visit review requests. Messages are sent under the RemindReview brand on behalf of John Jensen / RemindReview.

Information we collect

Account and configuration data (business display name, settings, calendar connection metadata).
Appointment-related data synced from connected calendars (times, titles, and phone numbers when present).
Phone numbers and first names used to deliver SMS.
Message delivery logs (timestamps, status, and content of automated texts we send).
Technical logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

Text messages / SMS

If you (or a person you authorize) opt in to SMS, RemindReview may send appointment-related texts, including:

Appointment reminders with confirm and cancel links
Optional post-visit review requests with a review link
Operational replies such as HELP / STOP confirmations

Message frequency varies based on scheduled appointments (typically a small number of messages per visit). Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers (for example SMS delivery, hosting, or infrastructure) solely to operate RemindReview; they process data on our behalf and are not authorized to use phone numbers for their own marketing.

Consent to receive texts is for RemindReview appointment and service communications described above, and is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services where applicable law requires that distinction.

Data retention
